Mango Butter

Product Description:

This white fat is extracted from the big seed inside the mango fruit.

It has a melting point of around 40 degrees Celsius, so is harder than the other butter, which makes it an ideal additive to create a more solid cream, for example, paired with cocoa butter.

Mango butter is an excellent emollient (skin softener) and has been reported to lessen wrinkles and signs of aging.

Being a butter that we call dry butter, it works best when blended with the softer and richer fats and oils such as shea.
