Rosehip oil is obtained from the seeds of rosehip.
Rosehip oil has high linoleic and linolenic acid content, which is known
to be involved in cell regeneration-related processes.
It's rich in vitamins A and C, and it feels hydrating on the skin.
It has a lightweight and non-greasy consistency.
Try it in DIY lip balm, lotion, serum, and soap.

Benefits & Uses:
- Rosehip oil has high anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties, used in skin therapy and cosmetics mainly to eliminate scars and in the treatment of psoriasis.
- It also has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
- It helps with dry skin, it has quick absorption. It may not work for acne-prone skin, so a patch test is recommended.
Formulation Examples:
Anhydrous products, masks, butter, scrubs and emulsions, hair care.
It is a sensitive oil so you should only use it once your formula is under
40C or if you are making emulsions, it should be added during
the cool-down phase.
